✦ CRESCENT THREE — SEASON ONE
Theme: Power Reawakened. Trust Rebuilt. Fate Unfolding.

EPISODE 1 — “The Blood Between”
Three months after reuniting at their childhood home, the Selwick sisters struggle to work together as a triad. When a magical murder leaves a sigil burned into the victim’s chest, Whitelighter Elias warns the Source is stirring. Selene refuses to trust him. Sylvie, however, finds herself drawn to a quiet stranger named Vael — who carries more darkness than he lets on.

EPISODE 2 — “Veil and Flame”
As the sisters attempt their first group spell, Sable’s unstable time magic causes dangerous ripples. Sylvie begins seeing visions of fire and destruction — centered around Vael. Meanwhile, Selene watches Elias heal a child with quiet grace, but still can’t shake her mistrust. Something ancient is waking beneath their city.

EPISODE 3 — “Whitelighter’s Oath”
Elias reaffirms his sacred oath to protect the Selwick line, binding himself once more to the sisters. Selene unexpectedly joins the ceremony, casting protective runes for him. Sylvie skips it — and Vael finds her instead. Unspoken truths ripple through the house, and the sisters begin sensing the cost of magic’s return.

EPISODE 4 — “Echocharms”
A shapeshifting demon mimics the sisters, sowing distrust between them. Selene accuses Elias of withholding knowledge, while Sylvie experiences a terrifying vision of Selene’s death. Trapped in a mirrored realm, Elias and Selene glimpse each other’s souls — and something deeper stirs between them.

EPISODE 5 — “Mirrorborn”
Illusions blur reality as demons use the sisters’ memories against them. Sylvie is nearly killed by a false Vael, but the real one saves her — revealing fire in his blood. Selene and Elias grow distant after their emotional connection, but when Sable is threatened, their bond begins to rebuild through action, not words.

EPISODE 6 — “The Buried Room”
A secret room beneath the manor reveals old journals — and a devastating truth: Elias once served their mother. Selene demands answers and receives guilt instead. Meanwhile, Sylvie and Vael nearly kiss but he pulls away, fearing the truth of his origins. Every sister is now hiding something.

EPISODE 7 — “Ashwake”
A magical portal collapses, nearly killing Selene. Elias saves her — and she casts a private protective spell on him in return. Sylvie unleashes her powers in defense of Vael, revealing her levitation for the first time. The sisters start to fracture, even as danger circles closer.

EPISODE 8 — “In His Flame”
As tensions flare between the sisters, Sylvie finally tells Selene about Vael. Their fight fractures their bond. Elias helps Selene reconstruct a forbidden Selwick ward, and their magic pulses in sync. Sylvie and Vael finally kiss — fire and light held in fragile balance.

EPISODE 9 — “The Hollow Gate”
A rift between worlds opens beneath San Francisco. The sisters unite to close it, barely holding back what’s inside. Selene burns through her power to save Elias. Sylvie has a vision of Vael dying — and hides it. Everyone is lying, but for love, not power.

EPISODE 10 — “Vael”
Vael’s identity is revealed: half-human, half-demon. The magical world turns on him. Hunters strike, and Sylvie nearly loses him. Selene must choose between her sister and her duty. In the end, she lets Sylvie protect him — even as Elias warns the cost will be steep.

EPISODE 11 — “The Heartspell”
To protect the city, the sisters must cast an ancient Selwick spell that requires a soul anchor. Elias offers himself. Sylvie uses Vael’s blood. Selene hesitates — then merges her magic with Elias’s, a radiant burst of trust and power. The spell works — but the rift cracks wider.

EPISODE 12 — “Before the Fall”
The Source surges. Vael begins to change. The sisters splinter. Elias tells Selene she’s allowed to want something for herself — even someone. She almost lets herself want him. Meanwhile, Sylvie sees the premonition of Vael’s death begin to unfold… and chooses not to run.

EPISODE 13 — “Crescent Rising” (Finale)
The Source takes hold of Vael. The sisters face the final battle together — broken but unyielding. Selene and Elias fight side by side. Sylvie saves Vael by rewriting fate. The triad holds, barely. In the quiet after, Selene whispers to Elias: “I trust you.” The moon rises — and a new power stirs.

Would you like Season Two plotted out in the same format? Or a one-sheet “season summary” styled like a pitch deck?

✦ THE SELWICK SISTERS — BACKSTORY

“We Were Raised in Magic. But Not for This.”

They were born into a line of witches, raised in a house where magic was ritual, not danger.

Their grandmother, Esmé Selwick, taught them the Wiccan ways with warmth and discipline — not as warriors, but as women of the earth. They learned moon phases before multiplication. Circle casting came before cursive. Their spells were protection charms, herbal brews, sacred intentions whispered into wind.

They were powerful — but never told why.

No one spoke of demons.
No one warned them about the underworld.
No one ever used the word destiny.

It was a safe magic. A quiet magic.
A lineage of light, but with all the sharp corners covered.

✦ The Year Everything Broke

It started just after Sylvie turned eighteen.

Their grandmother died — suddenly, heartbreakingly, without any magical warning. A candle snuffed out. The wards faltered. And with her, so much of their world dimmed.

Two weeks later, their mother, Evanna, vanished.

One morning she simply wasn’t there.
No body. No spell. No trace.
Only the hollow thud of silence that no amount of scrying could fill.

The sisters unraveled.

They didn’t stop believing in magic.
They just couldn’t bear it anymore.

Because every herb reminded them of Esmé.
Every ritual opened a wound.
Every flicker of power was a scream they couldn’t answer.

So they stopped.
• The altar was closed.
• The crystals buried in boxes.
• Their childhood spellbooks packed away and forgotten.

The house, once full of warmth and ritual, stood quiet.
The sisters went their separate ways.

✦ Years Later — The Letters

They each received one.

No return address.
Just a slip of parchment, sealed in gold wax, and one single line:

“Come home. It’s time.”

Selene had never left.
Sable arrived guarded, skeptical.
Sylvie came last — reluctantly, restlessly, and carrying a vision she couldn’t explain.

✦ The Attic Door

The manor was quiet. Familiar, but changed.
The rooms echoed. The magic pulsed just beneath the floor.

Then — the attic door unlatched.

On its own.
No wind. No key.
Just an ancient click.

And when Sylvie stepped inside, the air shifted.

There, in the dust and shadow, she found it:
a leather-bound book on a pedestal beneath a sunbeam that shouldn’t have been shining.

She opened it.
The pages breathed.
Her fingertips glowed.

And in that instant, everything returned.

Their powers surged like floodgates breaking.
Selene staggered back as energy pulsed from her palm.
Sable cried out as the air around her crystallized into frost.
Sylvie — shaking, terrified, alive — saw a future where they were fighting something monstrous, together.

Magic had returned.
Not gentle this time.
Not soft.

It was truth.
It was calling.
And it would never let them go again.
